Disability Assessor (WCA)
Location: Weymouth
Salary: £42,000-(rising by £1,000 at 12 months - Performance based)
Nurses OTs Physios
Full Time - Hybrid - Mon-Fri, 9-5
Part time options -3 or 4 days

Your Role:

• Assessing claimants work capability and functional ability via phone and face-to-face appointments doing work capability assessments.
• Use your critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills.
• Reviewing medical evidence & compiling detailed reports for the DWP
• Using your clinical expertise in a role that values quality, not speed

Essential Criteria:

• RegisteredNurse, OT or Physio
• Minimum1-year post-registration experiencein an adult setting
• NMC/HCPC registered
• Strong written and verbal clinical communication skills.
• Confident communicator & report writer - IT literate
• Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload efficiently.
• Experience working with complex health conditions
