Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 + Bonus Scheme

We are recruiting Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics and Pharmacists to join a leading healthcare provider delivering functional health assessments on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
No previous assessment experience is required - comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.

PIP Assessment Service
- £40,000 - £42,000 salary
- £1,000 retention bonus after 6 months (subject to performance)
- £1,000 retention bonus after 12 months (subject to performance)
WCA Assessment Service
- £42,000 - £43,000 salary
- £1,000 retention bonus after 12 months (subject to performance)

As a Functional Assessor, you will:
- Conduct structured health assessments with individuals applying for DWP benefits
- Review medical evidence and supporting information
- Explore how physical and mental health conditions affect daily activities and mobility
- Use your clinical judgement to produce accurate, evidence-based reports
- Communicate effectively with individuals from a range of backgrounds
- Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism
You will need:
- Current NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration
- Minimum 1 year post registration experience
- Adult clinical experience
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence producing detailed written reports
- Good IT skills
- Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
- Occupational Therapists
- Physiotherapists
- Paramedics
- Pharmacists
