Adult Disability Assessor (WCA)

Hybrid Remote Full-Time Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

We are recruiting Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics, and Pharmacists to join a leading provider of functional health assessments.

Salary: £42,000 + performance bonus (up to 10%)

Location: Hybrid - Weston-Super-Mare

The Role:

• Conduct telephone and face to face assessments
• Review medical evidence and claimant questionnaires
• Complete structured assessments for individuals applying for DWP benefits
• Produce detailed assessment reports for the DWP
• WCA Functional Assessor (5/6 shorter assessments per day)
• Assess how health conditions impact daily living and mobility
• This is a non advisory role with no treatment, prescribing, or hands on care involved.

Requirements:

• NMC or HCPC or GPHC registration
• Minimum 1 year post registration experience in an adult setting
• Strong communication, report writing, and IT skills
