Disability Assessor (WCA)

Location: Cambridge

Salary: £42,000 (rising by £1,000 at 12 months - performance based)

Nurses OTs Physios

Full Time - Hybrid - Monday-Friday, 9-5 (Part time - 3/4 days - Hybrid)

Who We Need:
  • RN, RMN, RNLD, OT or Physio
  • 1+ year post-registration (adult setting)
  • NMC/HCPC registered
  • Strong communication & report-writing skills
  • Sponsorship not available
The Role:
  • Assess claimants seeking universal credit and/or employment support allowance via phone or face-to-face doing Work Capability assessments looking at someone's daily activities and work capability.
  • Use your clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
  • Review medical evidence & produce detailed reports for the DWP
  • IT Literature
  • 12 weeks paid training provided
