- Fixed Hours Mon-Fri 9-5pm. No holiday, weekends & night shifts

Disability Assessor
Location: Weymouth
Salary: £40,000-£42,000 - (Depending on location) - (rising by £1,000 at 6/12 months - performance based)

Full Time - Mon-Fri, 9-5

What is the role?
- You will be working as a clinical assessor completing Work Capability Assessments (WCA) or Personal Independent Payment (PIP) Assessments with claimants.
- Assessing claimants health & daily living via phone and face-to-face appointments
- Reviewing medical evidence & compiling detailed reports for the DWP
- Using your clinical expertise in a role that values quality, not speed.

Essential Criteria:
- RegisteredNurse, OT or Physio
- Minimum1-year post-registration experiencein an adult setting
- NMC/HCPC registered
- Strong written and verbal clinical communication skills.
- Confident communicator & report writer - IT literate
- Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload efficiently.
- Experience working with complex health conditions
