Salary: £39,500 - £43,000
Salary increases of £1,000 at both 6 & 12 months

Join our team as a Disability Assessor and enjoy a healthier work life balance while supporting individuals through the Work Capability Assessment (WCA) process on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

Your Role

• Carry out functional assessments via telephone and face to face appointments
• Review medical evidence and produce clear, detailed reports for the DWP
• Use your clinical expertise in a quality focused role-no rush, no targets
• Manage your own caseload with autonomy and professional judgement

What We're Looking For

• Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Physiotherapist
• Minimum 1 year post registration experience (adult setting)
• Active NMC or HCPC registration
• Confident communicator with strong report writing and IT skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied clinical caseload
• Experience supporting individuals with complex health conditions
• Note: sponsorship is not available
