Disability Assessor - WCA

Location: Fareham

Salary: £48,000 (rising by £1,000 at 12 months - Performance based)

Full Time - Hybrid - Mon-Fri, 9-5 Part time options available

The Role:
  • Assess claimant needs via phone & face-to-face doing Work Capability Assessments (WCA) for people claiming universal credit or employment support allowance.
  • Review medical evidence & write detailed DWP reports
  • Quality-focused, not target-driven
  • 12 weeks paid training provided
Requirements:
  • RN, OT or Physio
  • 1+ year post-registration (adult setting)
  • NMC/HCPC registered
  • Strong communication & report-writing skills
  • No sponsorship available
