Director, Restructuring Tax & M&A (Hybrid)

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd seeks a Director to lead Corporate Transactions Tax, Restructuring, across the UK. The role covers London, with hybrid working and flexibility, and can be based in London, Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds.

You will oversee national growth of the Restructuring tax team, become the go-to contact for Restructuring expertise, and provide tax input into reorganisations, accelerated M&A, and insolvency-related projects.
