Director, Restructuring Tax - M&A & Reorg Leader (UK)

EY in London is looking for a Director in Corporate Transactions Tax (Restructuring) to lead the national growth of the Restructuring tax team within ITTS. You will be positioned to advise on multi-country projects and act as a go-to contact for restructuring tax expertise.

You will work on corporate reorganisations, accelerated M&A processes, entity rationalisation and insolvency appointments, with hybrid working and multiple regional bases supported.
