About Our Client
Our client is a leader in the sector, seeking a Head of Key Accounts or Director of Key Accounts to manage a team of Key Account Managers.
Job Description
- Lead and develop a team of National Account Managers.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow revenue and deepen relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, customer support) to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client goals.
- Monitor account performance metrics and financial targets; proactively address risks and identify opportunities.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions with key accounts.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to key account managers and sales teams.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitors to advise clients effectively.
- Report regularly on account status, forecast revenue, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
