Job Description
We're seeking a senior marketing leader who thrives in ambiguity, brings clarity to complexity, and turns creative ambition into seamless delivery. The Operations & Planning Director keeps the Global Brand engine running - aligning strategy, creativity, and execution to deliver inspiring brand experiences at scale!
We offer a hybrid working model called Best of Both: three days in our London office and up to two days from home. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Core Responsibilities- Define and lead the operational strategy for the Global Brand team, setting priorities, performance measures, and ways of working.
- Own brand wide budget planning and resource allocation, optimising investment to maximise impact.
- Establish scalable processes, tools, and governance models that enable consistency, creativity, and excellence.
- Lead annual planning, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, delivery achievements, and resource plans.
- Maintain a central view of the global brand calendar, coordinating across markets, product groups, and global functions.
- Partner with brand leaders to ensure operational readiness and flawless execution of major global initiatives.
- Build and encourage a high performing operations team that champions collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
This role powers the end to end operational engine of the Global Brand team - setting strategy, driving resources, and building the systems and culture that make large scale brand delivery possible. From strategy and governance to campaigns and culture, every initiative depends on this role to land on time, on budget, and at world class quality. Do you have what it takes?- Proven success leading large scale marketing or brand operations within a global organisation or complex matrix.
- Strategic and analytical approach with a talent for transforming ambiguity into clarity and structure.
- Deep expertise in marketing workflows, budgeting, and process optimisation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills - aligning senior leaders and cross functional teams with ease.
- Track record of designing scalable systems and tools that fuel creative excellence.
- Confident communicator, capable of distilling complex operational detail into clear strategic insight.
- Skilled at balancing creativity with rigour - ensuring quality, speed, and accountability coexist.
- Experienced people leader who builds empowered, collaborative, high performing teams.
