Director of Tech Transformation & PE Value Creation

FTI Consulting LLP in London is seeking a Senior Director to lead technology due diligence and value-creation initiatives for private equity engagements. You will work directly with portfolio company leadership to assess technology, identify upside, and drive changes at pace in high visibility environments.

You'll collaborate with CTOs, CIOs and engineering leads, translate complex tech issues into commercial insights, and shape integration and separation plans across deals.
