As a Director of Sales - Corporate & Leisure, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine corporate and leisure sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across transient, consortia, TMC, corporate negotiated, and leisure segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, high end leisure agencies, travel management companies, and luxury travel consortia (e.g., AMEX, FORA, Virtuoso).
  • Conduct regular client meetings, organize sales trips, and attend industry events to promote the hotel and strengthen strategic partnerships.
  • Lead annual RFP processes, account reviews, and contract negotiations with a focus on profitability, yield optimisation, and long term value creation.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage the Corporate and Leisure Sales team by setting clear objectives, KPIs, and development plans to drive performance and support career progression.
  • You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and, in any event, not less than hours.
