Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company growth targets.
- Own and deliver annual and quarterly sales revenue and margin targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across IT Infrastructure, IMS, and IBM support services.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of regional and international sales managers and account executives.
- Define and track KPIs to ensure accountability and consistent performance across the team.
- Drive large enterprise deals and CXO-level engagements in key accounts.
- Expand channel and partner network to accelerate market reach, especially in the USA and UK.
Market Expansion & GTM Execution
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) initiatives by vertical (e.g., BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail) and by geography.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns, lead generation, and content with sales goals.
- Ensure disciplined use of CRM systems for forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting models for executive review.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Engineering / Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals in IT Infrastructure, IMS, or Managed Services.
- Strong exposure to IBM technologies, Hybrid Cloud, or SaaS solutions is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
