Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company growth targets.
  • Own and deliver annual and quarterly sales revenue and margin targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across IT Infrastructure, IMS, and IBM support services.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of regional and international sales managers and account executives.
  • Define and track KPIs to ensure accountability and consistent performance across the team.
  • Drive large enterprise deals and CXO-level engagements in key accounts.
  • Expand channel and partner network to accelerate market reach, especially in the USA and UK.

Market Expansion & GTM Execution

  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) initiatives by vertical (e.g., BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail) and by geography.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns, lead generation, and content with sales goals.
  • Ensure disciplined use of CRM systems for forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting models for executive review.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Engineering / Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals in IT Infrastructure, IMS, or Managed Services.
  • Strong exposure to IBM technologies, Hybrid Cloud, or SaaS solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
