Plan A sets out ambitious, forward-thinking objectives that will shape the future of our assets and repair services. It's rooted in ambition, driven by data and customer insight and ensures a relentless focus on improving lives through sustainable homes and communities. It addresses new regulatory requirements and prepares for the updated Decent Homes Standard.
