Director of People-Centric Transformation

Royal Holloway, University of London, is seeking an exceptional Director of Organisational Development, Culture and Transformation to shape our People, Culture and Transformation agenda and support RH2030s strategy.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead organisational development, culture and leadership effectiveness, and oversee change adoption across a large, complex institution. This hybrid role requires on-campus presence 3-4 days weekly.
