Director of People & Culture for Impact & Growth

Hampshire Cultural Trust is seeking a Director of People and Culture to lead our 170 staff and 500+ volunteers. You will align the people strategy with our social impact and 2030 growth plans, coach senior leaders, and drive talent development and employer branding across a hybrid Hampshire-wide organization.

The role requires strategic HR leadership, collaboration with executives and trustees, and a focus on wellbeing, diversity, and compliant governance.
