Director of People & Culture - Transformational HR Leader

Cadence Partners in Croydon is searching for a Director of People & Culture to spearhead a class-leading people function and drive transformational change at Rape Crisis South London. This role requires a strong history in leadership and collaboration with unions, ensuring an inclusive work culture. The position is hybrid, expecting at least 3 office days a week.
