We are seeking a technology leader who will own and drive the transformation of its infrastructure and platform landscape. In this role you will set the direction for how infrastructure evolves across on-premise, hybrid and cloud, and lead the shift from a legacy estate to a modern, automated, best-in-class model.
It is a role with broad influence and a lean team: you define the standards, patterns and shared tooling, and deliver through collaboration with the teams that own each technology area. Success is measured by the adoption of new ways of working, not by running any single platform.
Equally, this is about people and change. You will introduce modern operating models and an engineering-led culture, working with experienced technical teams to bring them on the journey and demonstrate what best practice looks like.
