Director of E-Commerce: Direct Booking Growth (Maternity)

Ennismore is seeking a Director of E-Commerce for The Hoxton and Working From_ on a maternity cover contract starting January 2027 for 9-12 months. You'll drive the commercial strategy, lead a four-person team, and push direct bookings across and while collaborating with brand, revenue, and data functions.

You will oversee marketing, pricing, content optimisation, and digital product initiatives to maximise web direct revenue and improve user experience.
