Director of Customer Service & Grant Handling (Hybrid)

Aprolis UK is seeking an experienced Customer Service Director for Grant Handling to provide strategic and operational leadership across Service, Parts and Rental. You will drive customer experience, safety, quality and profitability, lead the SLT, shape national strategy, and partner with key stakeholders including Heli.

The role is hybrid, based in Cranleigh, with P&L responsibility and growth initiatives, acquisitions, and ISO/SHEQ alignment.
