Director of Catering - Kent - £75k

I am currently looking to recruit a high-caliber Director of Catering for my client's site based in Kent. This role requires a strong contract catering professional with a passion for business development.

My client is a leading Contract Caterer, managing a busy operation that includes multiple retail outlets and an extensive events business. This is a demanding role, overseeing a catering operation with an annual turnover of approximately £5m. Given the scope, this position is ideal for an Operations Manager or Director of Catering seeking to take on a single-site role where they can make a significant impact.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

1. Currently an Operations Manager within Contract Catering
2. Experience in project management, including refurbishment and mobilisation
3. Managed a catering operation with a turnover of £3m+
4. Strong people management skills

The role is predominantly Monday to Friday, with weekends scheduled to meet business needs.
