About Your New Job

• As Director of Business Services, you'll provide strategic leadership across Transformation & Central PMO, Supply Chain, and Facilities & Property-ensuring each function is high performing, well governed, and aligned to organisational priorities.
• You will lead the development of an integrated business services model, driving consistency, efficiency and service quality across the company.
• Oversee transformation delivery and portfolio governance through a strong Central PMO, ensuring programmes are prioritised and delivered with discipline.
• Lead the Supply Chain function, developing robust procurement, supplier management and commercial governance that underpin organisational performance.
• Guide the Facilities & Property teams to ensure safe, efficient, and scalable workplace environments that support business continuity and sustainable growth.
• Work closely with executive management as senior advisor on transformation, portfolio governance and business services capability, while developing leadership and collaboration across all business services functions.

What Skills You Need

• Significant senior leadership experience in a complex, regulated, or infrastructure intensive environment, with a proven record of leading multifunctional business services teams.
• Deep expertise in at least two of the following areas: transformation delivery/PMO, supply chain/procurement, facilities management, property, or central business services.
• Strong experience building governance, performance, and delivery disciplines across programmes, portfolios, or enterprise functions.
• Demonstrated expertise in procurement, commercial governance, supplier and risk management within regulated or infrastructure environments.
• Track record of facilities and property leadership, with a focus on workplace operations, planning, and supporting organisational growth.
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership and decision making skills, and a talent for developing high performing and collaborative teams.
