Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 per annum (Dependent upon experience)

Cambridge
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Duties- Lead and develop the local Building Services design team
- Oversee project delivery and ensure technical excellence
- Manage client relationships and support business growth
- Shape team structure, training and ongoing professional development
- Promote best practice across internal systems and processes
- Monitor fee performance, forecasts and financial targets
- Strong background in Mechanical and/or Electrical Building Services Engineering
- Proven track record in business development and client growth
- Commercial awareness with solid financial oversight skills
- Degree in a relevant discipline; MSc/CEng (CIBSE or IMechE) ideal
- Full UK driving licence
- Evidence of ongoing CPD and sector knowledge
