Building Services Director

Location: Cambridge

Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 per annum (Dependent upon experience)

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Duties
  • Lead and develop the local Building Services design team
  • Oversee project delivery and ensure technical excellence
  • Manage client relationships and support business growth
  • Shape team structure, training and ongoing professional development
  • Promote best practice across internal systems and processes
  • Monitor fee performance, forecasts and financial targets
Requirements
  • Strong background in Mechanical and/or Electrical Building Services Engineering
  • Proven track record in business development and client growth
  • Commercial awareness with solid financial oversight skills
  • Degree in a relevant discipline; MSc/CEng (CIBSE or IMechE) ideal
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Evidence of ongoing CPD and sector knowledge
