Director, M&A Tax & Partnership Modeling

Baker Tilly is seeking a Director in M&A Tax to lead the Partnership Consulting & Modelling group. You will specialize in deal structuring, capital accounts, 704(c) tracking, and complex tax modeling, supporting buy- and sell-side transactions, restructurings, and due diligence.

The role requires senior-level expertise, strong leadership, and collaboration with tax teams across geographies. Occasional travel and client-facing responsibilities are expected.
