Job Title: Director, International Sales Force Effectiveness. Be part of a fast-growing, innovative company pioneering "Liveable Technology" to transform diabetes care. The International Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Director is a strategic and operational partner to the International Commercial organisation, responsible for driving field force effectiveness, productivity, and execution across all HCP facing teams. This role develops and maintains the frameworks, metrics, tools, training and processes that enable the sales organisation to perform at its highest level. The role oversees targeting strategies, and best practice pull through across regions, districts, and territories. It works cross functionally with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Sales Operations, Insights & Analytics, and Training to ensure the field force is equipped with actionable insights and the right strategic focus to accelerate growth in a competitive market.
Responsibilities- In strong partnership with sales, sales operations, and marketing, develop and evolve the company's SFE capability, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and market dynamics.
- Define and maintain a comprehensive suite of SFE metrics (e.g., team -> activity -> impact -> results) to characterise performance, strengths, and opportunities.
- Lead targeting strategy to ensure the right HCPs receive the right level of engagement from the field team.
- Shape the roadmap for sales technology, including CRM (Salesforce), enablement platforms, and analytics tools in close collaboration with Sales Operations.
- Evaluate new tools and innovations that enhance productivity and customer engagement.
- Identify SFE performance gaps and opportunities across the field organisation; develop and implement initiatives to improve execution.
- Facilitate regular business reviews with regional and district leaders to ensure consistent execution and alignment.
- Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Market Access, and Medical Affairs.
- Bachelor's degree and/or demonstrated commercial experience.
- Experience with leading people and teams.
- Deep experience with Salesforce CRM and sales technology ecosystems.
- Ability to design and execute commercial strategies that improve field performance.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and data visualisation software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong relationship building skills with field teams and headquarters stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of international healthcare markets, provider dynamics, and MedTech commercial models.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution.

- Travel Requirements: 30%
