The Opportunity

The Corporate Strategy team works closely with Adobe's top executives and our three business units (the Creative Cloud, Document Cloud and Experience Cloud) to ensure that the company stays on its fast growth trajectory. The team has played an active role in some of Adobe's boldest and most strategic decisions. Today, Adobe is at the forefront of digital experiences worldwide. Adobe gives creatives everything they need to design amazing content, enable global enterprises in their digital transformation and create experience businesses. This strategy has translated into exceptional financial performance and stock price appreciation even within the Tech sector.

The Challenge

As Director, there will be unique opportunity to establish Adobe Corporate Strategy team's presence in the region, manage a high performing team and drive initiatives to hack Adobe's long term growth in Emerging markets.

  • Join a highly entrepreneurial team, including alumni from top management consulting firms and professionals in digital media and marketing.
  • Responsible for overseeing multiple project teams and managing the relationship with several top executives across the company.
  • Senior executive exposure, and is often the avenue to unique operational and general management roles at Adobe.
What is needed to succeed
  • 10+ years of total professional experience with growing levels of responsibility; proven track record of leading transformational change.
  • Highly regarded Undergraduate and MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience at a high regarded management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman). This experience must include overseeing complex strategy projects.
  • Project/case experience in Consumer Tech or Enterprise SaaS, i.e., demonstrated understanding of software industry, digital marketing or digital media highly desired.
  • Industry experience in Technology preferred, e.g., 2+ years of experience in a Senior role at a major Tech Company.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, while staying focused on the big picture.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presence in front of senior executives.
  • Relentless but collaborative - ensuring that debates and discussions not only lead to good outcomes for all involved, but also set a positive tone for cross functional teams.
