Job Description
Director Corporate Communications
mylife Diabetes Care is growing, and with that comes the need for a senior communications leader who can shape how the world sees us. As Director Corporate Communications, you are responsible for corporate narrative, media relations, internal engagement, crisis readiness, and executive positioning. You speak for the brand and set the messaging strategy, reaching employees, healthcare professionals, patients, partners, and media.
This role connects brand, reputation, and business transformation. You set direction, advise leadership, and ensure disciplined, compliant execution while coordinating across affiliates without direct reporting lines. We are looking for someone who has operated in complex, high-visibility environments and knows what it takes to prepare an organization for increased external scrutiny.

Lead global media relations: proactive storytelling, press engagement, and reputation building in close partnership with local affiliates
Align affiliate communications through guidance and influence, not reporting lines
Ensure all external messaging meets regulatory and compliance standards in the healthcare/medtech environment
Define and track communications KPIs that measure real impact and inform what to improve
Build and run a global internal communications strategy that links company direction to the people delivering on it
Translate business priorities into clear, compelling messages for employees across functions and geographies
Partner with HR and leadership on change, transformation, and growth communications

Serve as strategic advisor to the executive team; shape executive messaging, thought leadership, and leadership visibility in industry forums

Act as the escalation point for affiliates in reputational or media-sensitive situations

High judgment, integrity, and resilience when the stakes are high and the timeline is short
