Director, Asset-Backed Structuring & Securitization

Citigroup Inc. in London seeks a Director-level professional to lead end-to-end structured finance transactions across Europe. You will structure asset-backed facilities, securitizations, and principal investments, coordinating origination, modelling, and risk assessment with senior teams.

You will develop pricing engines, cash-flow models, and hedging frameworks, while managing deal teams and maintaining relationships with issuers, originators, and rating agencies. Hybrid work model available.
