Job Description

As an IT Director you will manage a team and direct IT operations ensuring all technology systems and applications support the organisations goals and objectives. You will develop, distribute, support, enforce, and integrate best practices and technology standards across the organization. While creating functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develop budgets, policies, procedures to support the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, develop and lead digital transformation roadmap
  • Responsible for program delivery, budget, and contracts
  • Lead a team responsible for end-to-end program life cycle management - functional requirements, functional/technical solution design, data migration, testing, issue resolution, cutover activities, and post go-live support
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership about program status/risks
  • Manage relationships with System Integrator partners to deliver program on time
  • Manage relationships with software vendors to influence their roadmap to address critical company needs
  • Manage escalations and be the single point of contact for stakeholders
  • Oversee the build for system global design and template for faster deployments
  • Build and deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and meet targeted performance

Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree- Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent preferred
  • 10 years of hands on experience in system rollouts
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership roles in IT
  • 3-5 years of experience in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management is preferred
  • Experience interacting with and delivering reports to top company executives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate a willingness to accept new challenges
  • Ability to travel 0-25% of the time
