LOCATION

Hybrid-Central London office (3/4 days a week office based)

Our client is a leading and very well-established global accountancy practice with an impressive portfolio of UK and overseas clients servicing a wide variety of industry sectors. They are known for their partner-led approach, offering clients the highest level of trusted technical expertise alongside a commitment to personal integrity.

Role & Responsibilities

Due to continued international expansion, they are looking to appoint a Director to work alongside several departments and a number of key individuals, primarily at Manager to Partner level.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Source and develop new business opportunities and grow high-value client engagements
  • Play a key role in shaping and delivering the strategic plan, representing the firm in market forums and industry events
  • Own and nurture a significant portfolio of outsourcing clients, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Deliver an efficient, proactive, and client-focused service that exceeds expectations
  • Work closely with senior leadership to manage team resourcing and staffing priorities
  • Ensure strong internal collaboration and visibility of client activity across the firm
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, helping them build confidence and client management expertise
  • Spot emerging trends and develop innovative service offerings to meet evolving client needs
  • Proactively manage risk, ensuring the firm operates safely and sustainably
Candidate Specification
  • ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified
  • A valid practicing certificate (or eligibility to obtain one immediately) is essential
  • Experience of managing an existing portfolio of clients and also generating new business opportunities
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong commitment and ability to deliver the highest level of client service
  • Experience of delivering services to internationally expanding groups
  • A "cando" attitude and willingness to tackle a range of client issues
  • Strong delivery skills and ability to work effectively to deadlines
Salary

c.£90,000-£100,000 per annum with excellent benefits including:
