Do you want to push the boundaries of your profession and develop your excellence in an open, collaborative, and empowering culture? We work to create a sustainable future, and our inspiring projects and innovative solutions aim to set the standard among our peers. You will join a global company that has been growing successfully since its founding in 1945. Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies, and people around the world.

About the role

Ramboll has ambitious growth plans in the UK, with its thriving UK HQ in London playing a central role. Ramboll aspires to grow their UK Building Services team by 30% over the next few years. Joining the established London and Cambridge Building Services senior leadership team, you will support team management, growth, development, financial performance, client relationships, and business development.

This role reports to the Head of Building Services for London and Cambridge, supporting over 75 MEP engineers and related teams.

You will join our Building Services Department

Our team emphasizes digitally-enabled technical delivery, low/NZC building design, and client care. We aim to enhance our local leadership to influence engagement and business development further. We offer a supportive, collaborative environment for your growth.

Main Role Responsibilities
