What You'll Be Doing
As a Direct Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting prospective students through their application journey. You'll:
- Guide future students, answering questions, offering encouragement, and helping them take the next step in their education.
- Work alongside experienced professionals to reach departmental goals, develop key skills in communication and organisation, and gain real insight into the world of higher education and student recruitment.
- Collaborate with teams in Admissions, Marketing, Finance, and external service providers to ensure a smooth, joined-up experience for every applicant-from first contact to enrolment day.

What You'll Bring
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, organised mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience in sales or customer service (not essential - we'll train you!).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a bonus.
