Role Overview

Our client is looking for a highly service-oriented and detail-focused Digital Workspace Supporter.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for end-user support, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. You will collaborate closely with the central IT teams and external service providers to maintain a stable and high-performing workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level and advanced support for end users across workplace technologies
  • Ensure stable operation of Windows 10/11 endpoints, Microsoft 365, and meeting room devices
  • Support and coordinate with external vendors and internal IT teams
  • Troubleshoot hardware, peripherals, and meeting room setups (including MTR/Microsoft Teams Rooms)
  • Contribute to small projects and rollouts within the digital workplace domain
  • Work in alignment with ITSM processes and service-level agreements (SLAs)

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

  • Extensive experience in workplace IT/endpoint management, ideally with project experience (eg, MTR or meeting room rollouts)
  • Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and device/room hardware
  • Confident working in ITSM environments with SLA-driven processes
  • Meeting room expertise (Microsoft Teams Rooms, peripherals, basic networking)
  • Experience working in enterprise environments

Soft Skills

  • Strong execution skills: independent planning, structured and reliable execution, clear communication
  • Excellent service orientation with a high sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities
  • Structured work style with consistent follow-through and attention to detail

Certifications (Required)

  • English Language Certificate Cambridge English (or equivalent)
  • ITIL Foundation (or equivalent IT service management certification)
