Job Title: Digital Transformation Lead - National Health Public Sector Programme
Rate: Up to £575 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Fully remote (UK based)
Duration: 6 months (initial)
Security: BPSS required
The role
AgileSource is supporting a large national public sector programme to find a Digital Transformation Lead. You will be the link between digital delivery and the wider programme.
The service is being rolled out across a number of regional delivery partners. Each partner relies on third-party providers, so this role needs someone who can work through complex commercial arrangements and help the service scale.
What you'll be doing
- Acting as the bridge between digital delivery teams and wider programme and policy stakeholders
- Leading new policy writing to support how the service is adopted and rolled out
- Facilitating clear, productive conversations across operational, commercial and digital teams
- Spotting opportunities and risks early, and making confident decisions to keep change moving
- Working with regional partners and their suppliers to support national roll-out
- Shaping how the service scales across a complex, multi-organisation landscape
What we're looking for
- Strong background in digital transformation, ideally in Transformation Lead, Transformation Manager or similar roles
- Track record of delivering large-scale change in complex, regulated environments
- Experience working with complex commercial and supplier arrangements, including multi-supplier or third-party delivery models
- Confident policy or strategy writer
- Able to influence senior stakeholders and bring different groups to a decision
- Comfortable being bold, and able to make decisions in ambiguous situations
- Understanding of digital delivery ways of working, such as agile or GDS-style service delivery
Nice to have
- Experience in health, care or other regulated public services
- Experience rolling out a national service through regional or devolved delivery partners
