Digital Sustainability Coordinator - 12+ Months - Fully Remote

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a Sustainability Digital Coordinator to join a global FMCG client.

You will act as the central coordination point between sustainability, data, and technology workstreams during a large-scale integration. You will oversee the execution of multiple data & systems projects run by various project managers, ensuring alignment, issue resolution, and smooth delivery across a highly complex digital sustainability landscape. This position requires strong stakeholder management, technical understanding, and the ability to translate sustainability technology needs into clear actions and leadership updates.

Requirements for the Sustainability Digital Coordinator role:

. Strong understanding of sustainability technologies, data-driven solutions, and digital tools used in sustainability reporting
. Experience overseeing complex digital projects with multiple integrations, dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholders
. Ability to collaborate with system architecture and security teams
. Experience working in integration and mergers environments
. Ability to translate business sustainability requirements into digital and data solutions
. Ability to operate in highly complex environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
. Strong capability to manage ambiguity and guide teams with clear direction
