Digital Supply Chain- World Cup - Retail - 6+ Months

We're currently looking for a Digital & E-commerce Operations Specialist to join an exciting FIFA World Cup project that supports Football jersey customization within the partner environment of a prominent retail and apparel brand.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You'll manage daily operational tasks that power the online jersey personalization business, especially in preparation for and during the 2026 World Cup.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing personalization issues with the distribution center (ELC)
• Supporting the Senior Specialist on builder setup, image readiness, and retail moment execution
• Handling vendor coordination
• Ensuring accuracy in all manual operational steps

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You'll work closely with operations teams, the distribution centre, vendors, and global teams.

WHAT YOU BRING

• E-commerce & digital operations experience preferred
• Vendor/partner management experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Quick learner; experience with internal tools or Airtable is a plus
• Flexible, independent, and comfortable handling ad-hoc requests
• Willingness to work flexible hours (weekends/holidays)
• Collaborative, positive, and passionate about E-commerce, retail, sport, and fashion
• Proactive, quality-focused, and self-driven

CONTRACT DETAILS:

• Start date: Asap
• Location: Hybrid, Hilversum
• Duration: 6months + (plus potential extensions)
