We are seeking a Digital Product Specialist to act as the key liaison between users and product teams for a next-generation breeding operations system. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving adoption and ensuring users are confident, capable, and supported throughout their journey with the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries and technical issues.

• Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops tailored to various user levels.

• Create clear, user-friendly training materials, documentation, and knowledge base content.

• Gather user feedback and system improvement requests and communicate them to internal teams.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business needs.

• Support testing and validation of new features or system upgrades under guidance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years' experience supporting enterprise-level software or digital products.

• Strong background in user training, enablement, and support.

• Ability to create effective documentation and user guides with minimal supervision.

• Skilled communicator - able to translate technical information into clear, accessible language.

• Confident facilitator with the ability to lead workshops and training sessions independently.

• Adaptable and proactive - you stay on top of product updates and user needs.

• Familiarity with agribusiness or plant breeding processes is a strong advantage.
