Overview

About the role

At the University of Leicester we are transforming how we support students, staff, and academics across the University. We are building more connected, efficient and future-ready teams, underpinned by digital tools, automation, and clear career pathways with the goal of supporting excellence in teaching, research and the student experience.

Digital innovation sits at the heart of our plans to drive operational excellence. We're introducing shared systems and automated processes to simplify work, connect teams, and enhance efficiency. This approach will allow staff to focus on what matters most: supporting our students and enabling research excellence.

Our ambition is to establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE) using Microsoft technologies to enable personal productivity and business process efficiencies.

About you

We are looking to recruit a small team including a Service Design Analyst, a Digital Solutions Designer and a Digital Process Automation Analyst to help drive forward operational efficiencies at the University, enabled by technology and establish the CoE.
