We are looking for a Digital Performance Marketer based in the Netherlands


We are looking for a highly energetic, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial spirit ready to jump on an exciting journey, as a member of our fast-growing commercial organization, reporting directly to our Marketing Manager.


This is a mid-level role where you get energy by using the right tools to improve our global marketing efforts and gain the results we're looking for, whilst keeping a critical eye on all we do. This role is mainly focused on running digital ad campaigns on different platforms on a global scale. Please only apply if you are highly specialized in this area and feel comfortable with a highly operational role. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience working in a digital advertising agency.


What you will be doing


  • Paid Digital Advertising Management: Plan, execute and optimize and report on the paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple ads platforms.
  • Keyword Research & Optimization (PPC): Conduct keyword research to inform campaign strategy and optimize on the existing campaigns.
  • Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Implement audience targeting strategies based on the identified ICP and personas that are provided by the marketing team.
  • Ad Copy & Creative Support: Draft compelling ad copy and creatives per campaign per platform.
  • Budget Management: Think strategically on how to manage the allocated budget across multiple ads platforms.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your campaigns like CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc. Track performance and constantly optimize your campaigns based on your important metrics.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Develop and run A/B tests on your campaigns to reach better results. Document your findings and share with the team.
  • Data Analysis & Insights Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and provide input to the Marketing Manager.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Support: Assist in the planning and execution of targeted ABM campaigns, working closely with the sales and marketing team to identify key accounts and develop relevant engagement strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams to ensure alignment between digital marketing efforts and overall business goals.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Keep informed about the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising
  • Platform Familiarity: Develop and maintain a working knowledge of relevant digital advertising platforms and ABM concepts.


What our ideal candidate looks like


  • 2+ years of experience in B2B digital performance marketing, Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing, or LinkedIn, display ads and other digital ads platforms.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPI's.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc).
  • Experience with keyword research and audience targeting.
  • Basic understanding with ABM platforms, ABM targeting and campaign management.
  • Practice and measure A/B testing in Ads.
  • Experience working in a digital advertising agency.
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and a team player.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Nice to have: knowledge in design tools like Canva, Photoshop.
  • Even nicer to have: knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.

Process


  • HR Intro call - 30 min with a Recruiter.
  • In depth-interview with Reihaneh and Marko (60 minutes) (ideally in the office).
  • Case Study presentation in the office with the marketing team.
  • Proposal call.
