Digital Media Designer

As our Digital Media Designer, you will collaborate closely with our broader digital team to produce high-quality visual assets. From eye-catching static graphics to engaging short-form videos, your work will be the visual driving force behind our clients' digital success. We are looking for a designer who doesn't just make things look good, but who is genuinely passionate about growing audiences and creating strategic designs focused on converting goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create High-Impact Content: Design compelling visual assets for social media platforms, website content, email campaigns, and digital advertising that are specifically crafted to engage users and drive conversions.
• Short-Form Video Production: Edit and produce dynamic short-form video content tailored for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts to maximize organic reach.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly as part of our digital team to brainstorm concepts, develop professional content strategies, and execute campaigns to the highest standard.
• Brand Guardianship: Ensure all creative outputs perfectly align with client brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual excellence.
• Trend Spotting: Keep a pulse on current digital design trends, social media formats, and best practices to keep our clients' content fresh and effective.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Digital Designer, Content Creator, or similar role (a strong portfolio of previous work is required).
• A results-driven mindset with a demonstrated passion for growing audiences and achieving measurable marketing objectives through design.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, as well as UI/UX tools like Figma).
• A strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and digital formatting.
• Excellent time-management skills and the self-motivation required to thrive in a remote working environment.
• A proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
