Who are we?
We are Norvell Jefferson, a creative marketing agency with international B2B clients in Food, Tech, and Health. For our team in Amsterdam, we are looking for an experienced strategist with a creative flair. Are you someone who loves diving deep into complex client briefings to extract insights that help bring unique marketing and communication strategies to life? Then we're looking for you!
What will you do?
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop complete digital strategies for B2B clients, covering all aspects of digital advertising, including social media, SEM, and display ads. You will ensure that strategies are aligned with client goals, from initial concept to execution.
- Audience Segmentation: Identify and segment niche B2B audiences by utilizing data-driven insights. Develop strategies based on this segmentation to ensure we target the right customers with the right message at the right time.
- Campaign Setup & Management: Set up and manage digital channels for clients across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook, and other relevant digital marketing platforms. Run, optimize, and scale campaigns to ensure they meet KPIs.
- Budget Supervision: Oversee and manage digital advertising budgets. Make data-driven decisions to allocate resources efficiently across various platforms, ensuring maximum ROI for our clients.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor the performance of digital campaigns, assess metrics, and optimize campaigns where necessary. Adjust strategies to improve performance and meet the clients' objectives.
- Client Communication & Reporting: Present digital strategies and campaign results to clients, providing regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations. You will serve as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding them through the campaign lifecycle and adjusting strategies based on real-time data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure the alignment of digital strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
You bring:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a strong background in developing and executing digital advertising strategies across social media and SEM platforms. Proven experience in finding and segmenting niche B2B audiences.
- Expertise in Digital Advertising: Strong understanding of digital platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and implement complex digital marketing strategies that align with client goals.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising budgets to drive results and ensure the efficient use of resources.
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills and the ability to adjust strategies based on performance data, ensuring continuous campaign improvement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to convey complex strategies and performance data clearly and persuasively to clients.
- Independence & Responsibility: Ability to manage campaigns autonomously, take ownership of projects, and drive results with minimal supervision.
- AI & Automation Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI automation tools and their application in digital marketing, including AI-driven content creation and automated advertising solutions. Experience in AI-powered ads is a plus.
