Digital Marketing Manager (Fixed-Term Consultancy Contract)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: Initial 6-month Fixed Term, ideally from early August 2025
Sutton is seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our collaborative and growing digital team team on a fixed-term (initial 6-month) contract. This is an exciting role offering the opportunity to work at the intersection of culture, communications, and digital innovation. In this role, you'll work with an inspiring mix of clients - from world-renowned galleries and cultural institutions to mission-driven non-profits and corporate patrons of the arts. You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering digital strategies that build meaningful connections with audiences, working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and teams across our global network.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to deliver creative, data-driven digital marketing campaigns
- Lead and manage paid social media campaigns
- Conduct digital audits and analyse performance across social and SEO channels
- Research, develop, and deliver engaging campaign content - visual, editorial, and video - either in-house or via external partners
- Manage content calendars and publish content across social platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms like TikTok and Discord
- Engage influencers and lead influencer campaigns as part of broader audience strategies
- Produce performance reports
- Support wider marketing initiatives that connect online content with client goals, including ticket sales, participation, and community engagement
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content strategy and implementation (agency or in-house)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience leading and managing paid social media campaigns
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and implementation tools (e.g. Google Trends, Moz, Screaming Frog)
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Artlogic, or Salesforce
- Confidence in using social scheduling and monitoring tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Basic design and video editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, Premiere) are a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple client needs
- Knowledge of the cultural sector and/or a background in contemporary art, marketing, or communications is an asset
- Strong working knowledge of influencer engagement and social media trends
