Job Description

Join us in transforming data into insightful solutions.

Data is at the heart of everything we do: Xceptor has been designed around data manipulation in its broadest sense. We source data from wherever it flows. We curate, normalise, validate, repair, and enrich that data so it reaches its destination in a reliable and consistent format. Data coming out of Xceptor is data our clients can trust.

We are recognised as an expert in the Financial Services vertical, which strongly aligns with Business Users in Middle and Back-Office teams. We enable these users to solve their data challenges by themselves, rather than through a technology-led project.

Our People are subject matter experts. We understand our client's challenges and we've got the experience and knowledge to solve them. Our talented team has a deep understanding of the unique challenges of the industry - we can empathise, engage, and speak the same language as our clients.

Our Vision is to be the leading platform for automating data flows.

Our Mission is to empower business users within Financial Institutions to build automated processes that deliver trusted data.

Our Values were created by our people, and speak to both who we are, and who we aspire to be. Ambition is in our DNA, and we embrace any opportunities ahead. Our curiosity and desire to grow drives us to learn from our customers and those around us. Our people are empowered, accountable, and deliver. We pull together, step up and focus on outcomes. The brilliance of our people makes a positive difference.

The Role

We're on the lookout for an experienced B2B Digital Marketing Lead to support the marketing team with our digital marketing execution. This is a busy, exciting and varied role where you'll have the opportunity to get involved with all aspects of digital marketing. You'll be working on a highly collaborative, supportive team where you'll have access to the tools, technology, and support to succeed in your role. Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out regular website updates through our CMS, Hubspot. You'll also be involved with optimising our website performance through A/B testing and on-site personalisation
  • Support the team with Paid Media execution and optimisation across Display, LinkedIn and Search
  • Account Based Marketing: support the wider team with our ABM execution to drive engagement across the buyer journey
  • Keyword research and on-page SEO optimisation
  • Campaign analysis and reporting: You'll share insights and recommendations with the wider marketing team so we're constantly optimising and improving our activities and programmes
  • Support the team as required on ad-hoc activities, for example assisting with webinar execution

Required Education & Experience

  • A background in B2B marketing - ideally in Financial Services or Fintech
  • An understanding of software sales marketing would be beneficial
  • Hands-on experience with the creation and execution of Paid Media campaigns
  • Website management experience with Hubspot or similar CMS
  • A data driven approach to marketing. Confident analysing and sharing insights on campaign and content performance
  • Superior communication, writing, and editing skills in English
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Keen to work for an agile, dynamic, and entrepreneurial business
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Teamwork
  • Customer Centricity
  • Communication with Impact
  • Strategic Orientation
  • Results Driven

This is a great opportunity to join an innovative, fast-paced, highly collaborative, and forward-thinking organisation, during a significant growth phase.
