Digital Marketing Architect - Docklands London

This is an exciting, unique, and challenging position to work at a senior level, directing the online marketing strategy for a bank based in the Docklands, London.

You will be an expert in online digital marketing architecture, serving as a Business Digital Architect with at least 7 to 10 years of senior-level experience.

Our client is a bank aiming to engineer additional revenue streams from its large customer database through upselling.

We require an expert in the online digital and marketing arena as a Business Digital Architect. You will collaborate with stakeholders to devise a digital strategy and leverage multiple revenue streams they seek to tap into.

You will be a techno-functional architect with the ability to understand Realtime Ad Intelligence and utilize this information through various CRM tools.

The responsibilities include:

  1. Develop strategies using digital marketing technology to increase customer engagement and conversion.
  2. Advise on optimization strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  3. Experience integrating components to deliver digital marketing solutions, including consumer databases, websites, preference & activity tracking, multi-device targeting, segmentation, analytics, and multi-channel contact solutions (email, SMS, mobile).
  4. Create solutions for targeted marketing via third-party channels, including social media.
  5. Articulate and define compelling, holistic digital marketing strategies to support business growth and revenue targets.
  6. Knowledge of marketing cloud technologies like DMP platforms (Krux, BlueKai) and ad server technologies (OpenX, SAS Ad Server, Adobe T&T).
  7. Understanding of DMP data segments and providers relevant to the UK banking and financial domain.
  8. Define business use cases, experience with data onboarding, mapping first, second, and third-party data, and driving marketing audience segments for revenue opportunities.
  9. Develop audience strategy recommendations to better understand the consumer base.
  10. Assess and evaluate current DMP offerings, providing insights on the UK data marketplace.
  11. Experience with inventory management platforms, ad-serving systems, or data-targeting platforms.

The duration of this contract is 6 to 12 months.

The daily rate is negotiable, circa £600 to £800.
