Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) seeks a Digital Fundraising & Campaigns Lead to drive our digital fundraising and donor acquisition strategy. You will lead a small team of marketing professionals, shaping end-to-end integrated campaigns, including events that drive donor engagement and fundraising.

You'll manage paid media, analytics, and performance reporting while advising senior leadership on digital strategy.
