The Position

The driving force managing the digital output for the whole agency, you'll set the creative and experiential standard for the digital vision here. Leading, growing and developing the digital design team, you'll quickly become a source of inspiration for those around you. Motivating your team to do their best work whilst staying hands on is key, so you'll work across various projects, designing websites, design systems and product UI, committed to industry best practice whilst you work. An incredible representative of the digital team, you'll take the lead in client pitches, talks and networking events, ready to shout about the great work you and your team are doing with clarity and confidence. You'll constantly bring fresh ideas to the table, and ensure each and every brief is taken from concept to final hand off to development with skill, consistency and pixel perfect execution.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong problem solving skills and creative instincts, a knowledge of UX processes and methodologies, and plenty of experience managing a digital design team within the eCommerce space are exactly what we're after. If your experience is specifically within fashion, even better!
  • You'll be an experienced UI/UX Designer, so we want to know all about how you've designed complex user interfaces for web and mobile applications, as well as your thorough understanding of design systems, user centred design, responsive design, mobile first design and web standards, as well as how you interpret analytics data to inform your design decisions.
  • Forward thinking, curious and ambitious, you're a real self starter, someone who knows how to utilise your advanced understanding of how to apply the methodologies of interaction design and research to solve business problems, and can galvanise a team at the same time!
