RoleAbout the role:
Based in our client's Mississauga office and embedded within a dynamic global agency team, the Digital Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing and communications across HF Sinclair Lubricants & Specialties' online platforms and properties.
Working closely with internal departments, external development partners, and creative contributors, the Digital Coordinator will help ensure a best-in-class digital presence, content delivery, and online tools.
Key responsibilities:
- Website Management: Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Ticket Coordination: Manage digital requests and updates from internal and external stakeholders via a structured ticketing system.
- Project Coordination: Track and communicate project timelines, milestones, and issues across stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
- Team Collaboration: Support digital initiatives by working with marketing, sales, and other teams to meet business objectives.
- Asset Coordination: Liaise with content creators such as writers, designers, and animators to deliver high-quality digital materials.
- Digital Operations: Assist with daily digital tasks like database management, online community support, and administrative tasks for digital projects.
- Support and Communication: Act as a point of contact for digital-related queries from teams and partners.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report digital performance using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Pardot.
- Quality Assurance: Review, proof, and test digital content before launch to ensure accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency.
- Proactive Contribution: Identify opportunities to enhance projects through digital improvements or new initiatives.
About the person:
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and interested in delivering seamless digital experiences. They should be capable of managing multiple tasks, coordinating across teams, and supporting digital project delivery.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of websites, CMS platforms, SEO, and analytics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Comfort working with project plans and technical documentation
- Familiarity with Sitecore, Pardot, or Salesforce is a plus
