Join our award winning Digital Skills and Change Team to help individuals build confidence with everyday digital skills. You will support people to stay safe online and use digital platforms such as the NHS App, directly improving access to health services. This hybrid role combines remote work with visits to community venues across the Trust footprint.

- Plan and deliver informal digital skills sessions tailored to local need
- Record activity and share insights to improve our work
- Promote available device access schemes for people experiencing digital poverty
- Travel across the Trust footprint to reach the people who need it most
- Represent the Trust's digital inclusion priorities through consistent, accessible and positive communication
We provide physical and mental healthcare, support for people with learning disabilities, and adult social care across Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent, Shropshire, and Telford & Wrekin. Our services include perinatal care, eating disorders, forensic services, sexual health, and support for people in prison with mental health, drug, or alcohol problems.
Person Specification Qualifications- Evidence of ongoing learning and development in digital skills, community engagement or customer support
- Qualification or training in community outreach, adult learning or digital inclusion
- Experience working with members of the public, service users or community groups
- Experience working independently in outreach, community or customer facing environments
- Experience of working with vulnerable or digitally excluded groups
- Ability to explain digital concepts clearly using plain, accessible language
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Awareness of digital inclusion, digital poverty and barriers to access
- Knowledge of NHS digital services such as the NHS App
- Awareness of safeguarding principles in community settings
- Patient and supportive when working with people lacking confidence
- Willingness to travel across local community locations
