Digital Communications Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Communications Specialist to join our busy international historic motorsport events company, based at Bicester Motion.

The role

We are seeking a Digital Communications Specialist to join our busy international historic motorsport events company, based at Bicester Motion.

As organisers of world-renowned events such as the Peking to Paris Motor Challenge, we are looking for a talented specialist with strong expertise in HubSpot (Marketing Hub in particular), which sits at the heart of our digital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee website updates, ensuring content is accurate and engaging
• Manage, optimise, and develop HubSpot Marketing Hub campaigns
• Plan, create, and deliver digital campaigns across email, social media, and web
• Overseeing IT support mechanisms and nurturing CRM development
• Attend selected rallies, delivering social media and web content

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with HubSpot (marketing hub essential)
• Strong understanding of digital communications and content strategy
• Some writing and editing skills
• Ability to analyse
• Alongside digital and IT skills, we value enthusiasm for motorsport, creativity, and good team spirit.
